When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. When you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment — we do not store credit card numbers. We also collect usage data (pages visited, searches performed) to improve the platform.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to operate your account, process payments, deliver purchased services (sessions, subscriptions), and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services which have their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
• Calendly — session scheduling (Pro Session only)
• Groq — AI analysis (Recruit Plan only)

4. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@roadtoroster.com.

6. Children's Privacy

Road to Roster is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
