1. About Road to Roster

Road to Roster (“we,” “us,” or “the platform”) is an independent database and research tool for college athletic program information. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, NCCAA, or any college or university.

2. What We Provide

Road to Roster provides access to publicly available information about college athletic programs, including program listings, coaching staff data, and roster information. This is a research and information tool only — we are not a recruiting service and we do not represent any athlete, coach, or institution.

Use of this platform does not guarantee admission, athletic scholarships, or any relationship with any college program.

3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Program data is aggregated from publicly available sources and may not be fully accurate, complete, or current. Coaching staff, roster information, conference affiliations, and division classifications change frequently. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information on this platform.

Always verify information directly with the institution before making any recruitment or enrollment decisions.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Road to Roster. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

5. Intellectual Property

The Road to Roster platform, including its design, software, data curation, AI tools, and organizational structure, is proprietary. You may not scrape, copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any portion of this platform or its data without express written permission. Automated access, bots, or data extraction tools are prohibited.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans (Recruit Plan, Pro Session) are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Pro Sessions are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once a session has been scheduled. Refund requests for unused sessions must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

7. Consulting Sessions

Pro Sessions are informational consulting sessions with a former collegiate athlete. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice. Road to Roster is not responsible for any recruitment decisions made based on session content. Consultants are independent contractors and their views are their own.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Road to Roster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, lost recruitment opportunities, or decisions made based on information provided by this platform. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
