Road to Roster is a recruitment research platform built for college-bound athletes. It helps you search programs, find coaching staff, and organize your recruitment process — all in one place.

No. Road to Roster is free to explore. You can search programs, view school profiles, and see head coach names without creating an account. With a free account you can also save programs to your dashboard. Paid plans add tools like the AI Fitting Tool, ad-free browsing, and premium insights.

Saving and organizing programs on your dashboard is free for every signed-in user. The Recruit plan unlocks the AI Fitting Tool, an ad-free experience, and premium program insights. Coach contact data is coming in a future phase.

Road to Roster currently covers 6 launch sports — Basketball, Soccer, Baseball, and Softball — across NCAA D1, D2, and D3. Additional sports and organizations (NAIA, NJCAA, NCCAA) are coming in planned phases.

Coaching staff and program details are updated on a rolling basis through our automated enrichment pipeline, which visits school athletic websites directly. Data accuracy improves continuously. If you notice something outdated, you can submit a Request Update from any program page.

Use the "Request Update" button on any program page to flag incorrect information. We review all submissions and update records as quickly as possible. We take accuracy seriously — wrong info is worse than no info.

Not every school publishes coaching staff on their athletics website. When a coach cannot be found from any public source, we leave the field blank rather than guess. We never invent or approximate names.

We pull data from public school athletics websites, official program pages, and publicly available rosters. All data is sourced from information schools choose to make publicly available.

Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle — you will not be charged again.

If your subscription lapses, your account returns to the free Explorer plan. Your saved programs stay in your account. You can resubscribe at any time to regain access.

A Pro Session is a 30-minute 1:1 video strategy call with a former Division I athlete and current professional player. It is designed to help you evaluate your program shortlist, review outreach strategy, and sharpen your fit assessment. Sessions are booked separately from the Recruit plan.

The 3-Session Bundle gives you three Pro Sessions at $200 total (vs. $375 individually). Sessions never expire and include 1 month of the Recruit plan at no extra cost.

The Lifetime Recruit plan is a one-time $300 payment that gives you permanent access to all Recruit plan features — no monthly billing, no renewal needed.

Subscription payments are non-refundable after the billing cycle begins. For Pro Sessions, please contact us at support@roadtoroster.com within 48 hours of purchase if you have a concern.

Yes. Your account, saved programs, and recruitment activity are only visible to you. We do not sell user data to any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You can delete your account from the Danger Zone section in Account Settings. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All saved programs and account data are removed immediately.

Yes. The site is fully responsive and works on any device. We recommend using it on a desktop for the best search and research experience.
