No. Road to Roster is free to explore. You can search programs, view school profiles, and see head coach names without creating an account. With a free account you can also save programs to your dashboard. Paid plans add tools like the AI Fitting Tool, ad-free browsing, and premium insights.

Saving and organizing programs on your dashboard is free for every signed-in user. The Recruit plan unlocks the AI Fitting Tool, an ad-free experience, premium program insights, and available coach emails. We unlock coach emails where we have verified public contact data — some programs may still show "Email not listed" while our data improves.

Road to Roster launches with 4 sports — basketball, soccer, baseball, and softball — across NCAA D1, D2, and D3 (men’s and women’s where applicable). Additional sports and organizations (NAIA, NJCAA, NCCAA) are coming in planned phases.

Coaching staff and program details are updated on a rolling basis through our automated enrichment pipeline, which visits school athletic websites directly. Data accuracy improves continuously. If you notice something outdated, you can submit a Request Update from any program page.

Use the "Request Update" button on any program page to flag incorrect information. We review all submissions and update records as quickly as possible. We take accuracy seriously — wrong info is worse than no info.

Not every school publishes coaching staff on their athletics website. When a coach cannot be found from any public source, we leave the field blank rather than guess. We never invent or approximate names.

We pull data from public school athletics websites, official program pages, and publicly available rosters. All data is sourced from information schools choose to make publicly available.

Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle — you will not be charged again.

If your subscription lapses, your account returns to the free Explorer plan. Your saved programs stay in your account. You can resubscribe at any time to regain access.

Yes. Every athlete gets one free 50-minute 1-on-1 video call with Omar Sabbagh — founder of Road to Roster, UCSD alum (Big West), professional player with experience across the USA, the UAE, Jordan, Lebanon, and the Lebanese national team. It is first come, first served: pick an open time and go. No card required. Sessions run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6 PM Pacific, plus Sunday daytime slots.

The RTR Recruiting Playbook is a $100 one-time purchase: the whole recruiting system written down (NCAA eligibility, the 2026 rules, coach outreach, timelines, the transfer-up path) as an instant PDF download. It also includes two months of the Recruit Plan free, which then renews at $20/month unless you cancel.

RTR Pro is direct, ongoing coaching with Omar for $500/month, limited to 16 athletes. You get his phone number to text your questions and your emails before you send them, a weekly group call, three private 1-on-1s a month, film review, a target-school list, outreach templates, and eligibility tracking. SoCal In-Person ($1,000/month, 3 athletes) upgrades your three monthly sessions to in-person visits at your field across Southern California, booked through the same live calendar.

Subscriptions (the Recruit Plan, RTR Pro, and SoCal In-Person) are non-refundable — cancel anytime and access continues to the end of the paid period. 1-on-1 sessions: cancel 24 hours or more before your session to have it refunded; cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows forfeit the session. Yes. Your account, saved programs, and recruitment activity are only visible to you. We do not sell user data to any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You can delete your account from the Danger Zone section in Account Settings. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All saved programs and account data are removed immediately.

Yes. The site is fully responsive and works on any device. We recommend using it on a desktop for the best search and research experience.
